I've been using Sakura's Gelly Roll Glaze pens for years, and came across these a few weeks ago. The price is remarkable by comparison, so I ordered a couple of sets.
I've put these through their paces, and I'd say they're a very good deal when you stack them up price-wise against the Gelly Rolls. The differences in performance are pretty subtle: these have a broader tip; they don't dry quite as evenly; and they seem to have a higher surface tension, which draws the ink together with itself (and to other inked areas that have already dried) as it dries: it's easy to end up with a couple of ovals or circles in your work if you're filling in an area and you don't put enough ink down.
That said, the 3D Glossy Jelly's are surprisingly consistent in how well the ink flows; I'd say they outperform the Glaze pens in that respect. One unfortunate side-effect of the rapid flow is the buildup of ink on the tip which dries after you cap the pen. I've taken to wiping the tips with a tissue before I use them to make sure they're clean, which helps avoid clumps.
The most notable differences in terms of the appearance of their output are that the colors of the 3D Glossy Jelly pens are different than the comparable colors of Glaze pens (of course), and the gloss of the 3D pens may be very slightly less reflective, though I'm not certain of that.
These are almost as good as the Sakura Gelly Rolls Glaze pens.
The ink in these are a bit more opaque. I couldn't get the clear one to work well enough to actually use it.
However, the colors in this set are SOOOO MUCH BETTER! The neon ones are super bright. None of them are muddy, whereas the gelly roll ones all seemed to be a bit muddy.
Only downsides are that these pens don't last nearly as long as Gelly Rolls pens, and if you're not careful, these will flood the paper. The ink flows out almost too fast, and the tips are thicker than "bold"... but I'm actually on here to reorder them, and i've only had my initial set for about a week.
Oh, and they really are 3D. Maybe not AS 3D as ghr Gelly Roll ones, but still pretty good. Especially for this price point, I will 1000% recommend this item.
