Took too long and following up was more difficult than if I order via DHL in Europe. Still ok to come back though.

The experience could be improved with greater transparency prior to the final order confirmation, about the package arrival date range.
Both the exterior shipping and interior Lamy branded boxes were crumpled and flattened in transit severely enough that I was concerned about damage to the pen. Fortunately it is functioning well.

Thepen order has never arrived

I've had nothing but positive shopping experiences with TTPen. i regularly order a particular type of pencil that I use almost everyday from them that can't be found elsewhere in the USA (Staedler 2B Jumbo triangular pencils). TTPen always has these rare pencils in stock and a great price and ships right away. They arrive in great shape and in good time. I'm a big fan of this shop and very loyal to them.

Pen is great, but there wasn't small wrench like in the description.

Received a different pen from what I ordered, send a message bit no respons. Rhe other irems were ok.
