I use this for writing. The colors are great

I use this lead for sketching purposes. I was concerned with the reviews at first, but I love it in art applications as I sketch lightly. It blends in well with my watercolors. The small size doesn't bother me, but I am used to writing with this small lead.
To make it work better, don't press too hard when you write with it. Don't expect it to be a heavy clear line like pens and markers.

I really like them. They fit in my tiny mechanical pencil so nicely.

Some of the colors were a little lighter than I expected but I think that my expectations aren't realistic. When I compared them with the lead of full sized colored pencils of equal color value they were very good.

There are several colors and a few of leads of every single color.

They are delicate but I wouldn't say that they are fragile for their thickness. They don't break easily at all when I'm writing if I don't have them unreasonably too far out from the pencil.
